3-1

As of now 3-1 sounds interesting. All the 7 courses held my attention (something that hasn’t happened in the last 4 semesters).  Optimization is the odd one out. All the rest are chem courses. There should be something to divert my mind away from chemistry :P. So far thermo, sro and opti are doing fine.

Test 1 is finally over. Test 2 is starting next week.

ps1

I haven’t written anything about the last month of my ps; so here it goes. After the process observation part we were assigned projects. The mech team consisting of 3 including me got in the processing unit of regency. Thanks to the site engineer, our knowledge has increased considerably. He gave the detailed description about the equipment there and the mechanism on which they work. Working there may not have been a pleasant experience, but it was an educative one.

I should specifically thank my teammates; for their support and they are the best I have ever worked with. Sometimes, the wavelengths of Pilani and Hyderabad do match. Anyways, the last week was fun. Our study was over, so we went around to nearby places. Its not actually going out, but being with friends made it a whole lot enjoyable.

I would like to thank each and every member for making my ps1 a memorable experience and I apologize if I unknowingly annoyed anyone.

CHEM C232

I did say that I would write something about the end of the course chem C232; my level of interest in the course had been changing all throughout the sem.

My compre performance was satisfactory and the score turned out to be pretty good actually almost assuring an A grade. I was euphoric when I got my marks, I may not be the test top but I managed fairly well. In the end I did manage an A. It transported me directly to the cloud nine.

And finally, to make me continue writing about this particular branch of chemistry, we have got the continuation to coc; structure and reactivity of organic chemistry. There is a lot at stake.
